Either from using the internet or downloading a game my phones software has been corrupted.

What is the best way to remedy this problem ?

Will one of the Nokia brand stores in the mall be able to correct this ?

If you are sure it is a virus and not a messed up installation then you might check this out first

If it is a serious matter go to the nearest Nokia customer service center.

Most phone shops can can reflash the firmware in your phone for you or you can go to the shop you got your phone from like AIS and they have a service centre that can do it.

Will cost you a 1 or 2 hundred bath at most.

Nokia Brand stores should also be able to help you.
