Hi,

A Thai company needs to send me a letter of employment to process my application for a non-immigrant B visa.

My question is, can they just email me the letter or does it have to be the original signed document by snail mail?

You will have to get that information from the Consulate you intend to apply for a visa from.

Lopburi is right but I'd guess that it has to be a real signed one. Which consulate are you applying to ?
