I have heard about Proxys but how do I set up and use one for browsing.

If you are talking about caching proxies, then your ISP will have the address to use. Depending on what browser you are using as to where to put it. If you are discussing anonymous proxies then read the following forum rule. If the latter, then this topic will be closed. If the former, need the name of your ISP and which browser you are using.
