sinewave Posted April 11, 2009 Share Posted April 11, 2009 leaving chiang rai for bangkok 2 weeks ago from the new bus station, a cop came on board while at the station, checked my baggage and asked what I was doing in chiang rai and where i was from. tickets are still sold at the old station, but longer journes must be boarded at the new station. a tuk tuk should be no more than 50 baht to the new station.
