Anyway, Skype has a plan called "Unlimited World" which charges the user US$12.95 a month for calling to over 40 countries, now Thailand is included in the package! Or you can pay only 3.95 euros per month if you just want to call Thailand's numbers.

Just checked it, only a few countries for mobiles. Not worth it for me.
