I am in PP,and have about a hundred pics on my cam,and would like to upload to a hard drive then to my google web albums.

Anyone know of a net cafe that allows it?.Down in Sihanoukville its fairly easy but in PP after about six places...no go!

Last month (March) I used the Internet cafe just to the left (facing with back to river) of the Paragon Hotel and was allowed to plug in my usb drive to run applications from - so perhaps they are generally willing to allow usb devices to be plugged in.

I can't remember the name of the place but it was literally 3 to 5 metres away from the Paragon (away from the Hope and Anchor), around 130 St and Sisowath Quay Rd.
