Unfortunately these files do not appear to be downloadable from the usual source on Thaivisa, (Huski's files). Does anyone have another source?

Copy of all your pasport pages with stamps on them and don't forget to bring the up-dated bank book and a letter from your bank manager dated the same day or the day before.
