90 day stamp is due on 10th sunday i rang kap choeng today they say is closed until 12th,does this mean the immagration office is closed but i will be ok to get passport stamped and return entry

You mean a 90 day visa entry I believe and that should be fine. They will only be closed for business other than border crossing.
