Hello,

I own both a UK LTD and a Seychelles IBC providing web development and design services online.

I've had a few requests to do work for Thailand based clients and would like to open domestic bank accounts in order to accept payments.

I'd like to avoid accepting credit cards due to serious increases in fraud I have been experiencing. So trying to make things as convenient for clients as possible I am hoping to be able to take cash payments from clients through the extensive "Cash Deposit" terminal network.

However I am aware that I might be forced to incorporate to do this and it that case would it be easier (read cheaper) for a foreigner or my Thai Aunt to incorporate.

Thanks

MC

What about your IBC owning the Thai company?

I would be interested as well to know which is the best way. You, your aunt or your IBC.
