I notice the Fortuner doesn't have any interior way safely separating rear luggage from passengers or to deter would be thieves from stored items? Does anyone know of any suitable luggage holders that are on market to fit in the back of a Fortuner?

Drop by a steel workshop and have them make one. I did it for a CRV some years ago. Shouldnt cost you more than 2k.
