For invoices you are able to use your MS Publisher, that is built into the full MSOffice Programme.

Invoices are very easy and should include:

Business Name

Business Address

Invoice Number

Date

Customer Details

Product/Services Provided

Value (broken down into individual units)

Total

Bank Details/requested form of payment

and most importantly period of payment due usually 30 days.

In Thailand you cannot use the Invoice Templates and such that come with Microsoft Word / Excel or similar programs - at least not without risking a major problem with the Revenue Department here when they find out.

Your Accounting Software - and there is a list of Revenue Department approved programs - must be such that Invoices are automatically issued in numerical sequence, so the RD is sure you are recording every sale; using Microsoft Templates and such you can type in any Invoice Number you like and there is no way for anyone to tell whether or not it has been recorded it in your Accounts.

The Tax Authorities here definitely do not like that!
