In this case i would ask Baumgarten/Brandt in Bangkok, an international lawyers office. Your case its too complicated so that you need a specialist.

Yeah, I'd invest 3 to 4 million Baht (actually sounds very low for an industrial production facility) in a country with very lax law enforcement based upon advice from an anonymous internet forum where "experts" can tell you any old rubbish.

Best of luck. Let us know how you got on in a couple of years' time.

You do not qualify for a Thai investment visa, as for that you need to show an investment of 10 million or more. You would qualify for a business visa, but for the next 2 years would ahve to leave the country every 90 days as for an extension of stay the company needs to show tax papers etc over the last 2 years. A new company obviously can't.

For more information about setting up a company look here:

its ok if u only use the manpower for assembly and unse no machine

too setup an clean room cost USD 30.000./ to setup 300 m2 esd floor and AIRCON another 60k

so thats the investment

char and workin table and clean room clothes its nothing

so and to the point of "experts" are u also one of that ??? \have a good day
