Business Opportunity In Lopburi

With the US Navy building a training facility in Lopburi I figure there must be a golden opportunity to get in early and set up some "entertainment" venues.

At this stage I don't know how many there will be but knowing the US it will be big when you include all the support staff that will be needed.

With the correct due dilligence I'm sure it would be a go. The first is usually the best.

Sounds like a good idea, but maybe just a tiny bit premature.

It may not be a bad idea to buy some property in the area of the new base now, but it may be at least a few years before the customers show up...

You know those navy guys....................

They will have trouble driving a scooter & using a cell phone.

You know they will be using the cell a lot checking on their terak

after being here a few weeks.
