Does anyone know if the tourist visa waiver fee applicable for the double entry? I need to know ASAP! Any useful info would help.

In Vientiane you can get a 2 entry tourist visa free until June 4th.

Anywhere else it is a single entry.

You can get a single entry free in Singapore. They don't issue 2 entries at all.

You will have to show them a ticket out to get the visa.
