Are there minimum contractual periods when getting broadband installed in your apartment?

For True?

For TOT?

For others?

Is it possible to cancel the contract early and simply pay a early cancellation charge?

if you use True, to cancelled takes 1 year or paid for 2000 bath to cancel

not sure for TOT. but I LOVE this connection much more than True which always disconnected while i'm surfing the net. now i'm using TOT. never get Disconnected.

I have a TOT connection.

Just signed the application form.

No mention of minimum periods,

no bill so far........... 7 weeks connection so far.

But it was in trial stage, back in December and the rules may change.

Wasn't True's minimum contract period 6 months? Or did they change it recently?

I read that some options with TOT do not allow surfing globally. What's this all about?

yes, they already changed from 6 months to 1 year na since the released of TOT.

I just called to BB-Life call center "ISP TOT Broadband" connections

the anwer for TOT is this below

if you paid for 6 months for connections you can immediatly cancel, but the money that you paid, they will not give back. so 6 months after you paid to them. you can used it unlimited.

but if you pay per month. you can cancel it without any payment.
