Basil B Posted June 6, 2009 Share Posted June 6, 2009 There may be some wheel chair friendly hotels and many of the shopping malls maybe also, but Thailand and Pattaya in particular are certainly not, the side walks are a hazard for even able-bodied persons and impossible for wheelchair users.
