Has anyone got the address of the Doi Saket Land Office...or how to find it?...We are in the UK and "oh off the Chiang Rai Road" not so helpful!! Also cannot find "Procedure for Sale of House"....seems plenty on sale/transfer of land! Thanks

I did it last week. The procedure is quite easy:

1. Send Mrs. into the land office

2. Sit down at nearby mom & pop minimart and drink beer chang

3. Repeat 2.

4. When Mrs. comes back, go home with Chanote or other documents.

Not the easiest place to find but head out of town towards chiang rai, keep going you'll reach Doi saket on the right but don't go into town, keep on the road to Chiang Rai, about 5 mins drive after you pass Doi Saket it's on the right hand side. Not really any landmarks to give you. good luck

3.3 KM from the post office is a U turn in the road . take it and double back towards Chiang mai.

100 mtr back you will see the land office cant miss i, it is a large building with a very bright lime green wall and white railing in fill... your there.

You can see the lme green wall on your right hand side as your driving up the 108 if you look just before the U turn it is very prominent.
