Cant Send Pm's

Hi, I had a quick search and couldn't find another topic on this.

I'm trying to send a pm in reply to an ad to anatasia in the jobs section but my sent box is registering as empty.

Also I can't reply to that topic. Is there a minimum post count needed to post in that section and send pm's?

It should work.

You have to check the box above the send button to save the PM in your Sent folder.

PM's are not automatically saved to the sent box, as Lite Beer points out.

Would it be an idea to state this in the locked rules thread at the top of the page? Just to avoid future misunderstandings, I did not know this and so can understand why a new guy could get a little confused.

I had the same question as the original poster, but it seems I didn't check the box. However, the message I sent does not show up in the "message tracker" in the my controls menu - is this only available for saved messages or does it mean the message has not been sent for any reason?

You must check the box in order for messages to be tracked or saved.
