Non Immigrant O Visa - 15 Months?

Featured Replies

I got my "non - O" visa on back on the 14th July last year, next month on the 6th July I have to do another visa run....

What I would like to know is what stamp will I receive: 90 day, 30 day, 15 day?

Thanks in advance...

90 days as always. But your visa will expire on the 13th so any exit after that and you will not have a visa for return - although you could get a re-entry permit to keep the current 90 days if you needed to make a short trip.

That's great, Thanks!

Ok, quick question.

Do KL and/or Penang still do the 'O' Multiple entry visa? I need to renew around mid August and was heading to Perth but if no need I'll head somewhere nearer and do some sightseeing.

Or if I get married before then can I get the relevant 1 year extension?

Thanks

Unless you get married you wil not get a multiple entry visa at any nearby consulate.

If you get married before then you could get an extension based upon marriage. You need 40K baht inocme or 400K baht in a Thai bank for 2 months (3 at some immigration offices). You could also get a 60 day extension then to visit your wife if you neeeded a little more time.
