I previosly worked for a company who's head office is in Malaysia I finished with the company on May 25th this year.

They owe me 2 months wages I have e-mailed numerous times and just recieve the same old story "when we get payed by clients we can pay you".

Does anybody know of legal firms in Malaysia? Or can a legal firm in Thailand try to get this sorted.

I'm getting very frustrated with the whole thing.

Dont waste your time or money taking on a legal company in Thailand to sue a company in Malaysia, unless the company you use is an international law office with offices in both locations.

Also how much of case do you have ??....they have not refused to pay you, they are basically telling you wait, its a difficult situation to be in....my answer to someone sending me an email saying this would be....my contract is with you not your client, so not my problem...

Had a similar problem with a Thai company I was working for at the time, not getting paid, not getting paid on time, same same excuse, but what they had forgot is when I started they have given me an Amex card, so started running up the Amex bill which going to the company...In the end I was confronted and told you cant use the Amex for personnel expenses, to which my reply was, and contractally you have to pay me on time.

We also had one other guy (expat) who if he wasnt paid on time, used to just stay at home until they paid him, system worked...
