Has anyone experiences of transfers of funds to buy condos and getting Thor Tor 3 documents in different banks ?

Are there some banks more convenient, cheaper or easy than others in this process or it is about the same in every bank ?

I have accounts in SCB and Kasikorn Banks.

SCB was a breeze for me.

Just make sure when you wire the money, over 20k USD, that IN THE WIRE it states that you are sending the money to buy a house, condo, land, or whatever. They told me without this, they can not issue it to me. If that is true or not probably depends on who you talk to there, but I did it to the letter as they said and had NO problems.
