The other is fully equipped but without kitchen, it will have one installed this year, it is #247. The condos are rentable through condo6.com. If your friend needed the one with the kitchen, he could have the one that doesn't for the first month then switch over to the one with the kitchen when the current tenant moves out ( he is only renting for three months ) If you need any further help let me know.
