Thailand Property Award 2009

Hi guys,

I note that there is a THAILAND PROPERTY AWARD 2009 coming up and the web site is given just below. You guys have an active interest in the market in general, I thought this may be of interest to you.

No guesses who I voted for in the following catagories:

- Best Developer

- Best Boutique Developer

- Best Condo Development Thailand

- Best Condo Development in Bangkok

- Green Development Award

- Best Architectural Design

- Best Interior Design

I personally think that Hemaraj Land and Development PLC really made a difference especially in terms of providing green space in the heart of Bangkok, we have our own jungle! (see the web site for details)

The project was completed before April 2009, this is the criteria of entry to the awards.

I hope you find the awards site of interest and obviously you have your own thoughts which also include aspects outside of just condos, and covers all of Thailand.
