Want Portable Free Standing Electric Cooker/oven

Featured Replies

Can anyone recommend which department store or shop in Pattaya has a good portable electric cooker/oven free standing with or without rings or hobs attached? (In similar size range to a microwave).

Be glad to have any recommendation with approximate price if known.

Many thanks in advance.

I got a great microwave that has a convection oven in it at Homeworks. I have had it for 2 years and have baked, browned, crisped, cooked etc in it. Great all around appliance. It is a Whirlpool and was around 23,000 B.

I have an excellent Toshiba combination microwave/convection oven which cost 10,000 Baht in Carrefour.

You can get a smallish electric cooker/grill/oven without hob for about 2000bht in Homepro, Index, Tesco or Carrefour.

I got a biggish one (Roast dinner for 6 size) for 3990bht - a bit bigger than a microwave but much more practical for cooking.

Not brand names but Chinese/Thai I think - Mine is made by Homeworks you get free baking trays, roasting trays etc

I just bought one this week from Carrefour .Its about the size of a microwave and cost 1,800 baht .The brand name is OTTO ,and it has a stainless steel casing with a glass door .
