Has anyone had good/bad results, especially for stopping smoking ?? Any recommendations on the island ?? Quick responses appreciated as I'm nearly out of cigarrettes Thanks.. Be prepared, and if you really want to stop smoking, you can. No hokus-pokus needed, just a strong will. That's the way I did about 5 years ago, and still no fallback to old habits. Last cig after 52 years of unnecessary gasping was 28 Nov 2008. 7 months ago. Just wish I'd done something more positive 51 years ago, but it's better late than never. If you really want to give up smoking I can't stress this point as much as it deserves, you may wish to follow my plan that I found a success, if not, go no further, suffer until the end. It did not revolve around any interaction here "on the island", it was a result of using my free voip connection to a hypnotist in OZ. It was in conjunction with a book available on line also for free. Her charges were very reasonable and came with a money back guarantee.
