Project Description:

Our Irish partner is part of a global network of well connected professionals with a network of candidates. This social network is a 250 screen eCommerce application enbabling employers set up and manage a global employee referral network.

The application is similar in design and functionality to LinkedIn, eBay, Facebook.

Project Structure:

There are 15 people working on the project from product director to designers, scientific developers, software engineers and testers managed by our Head of Technology.

They have today a front-end developer and two web developers based in Dublin, one on Photoshop and one on HTML CSS. The whole project is managed by a European .Net Project Manager.

The Thai team will work under the Irish management control with subversion and frequent chat meetings in a total delegation system.

Project Duration:

May–August: Design and Develop prototype

August–October: Implement Beta version

October - Ongoing development and support

Requirement:

Senior ASP.Net Developer

Duties:

• Review code of junior web developers and provide feedback.

• Provide guidance and direction to junior web developers.

• Evaluate user requirements and decide on usability standards.

• Specify requirements for front-end integration with .Net backend.

• During implementation play a pivotal role between junior front-end developers and backend developers.

• Deal with and resolve issues during the implementation process.

• Report to the project manager. Skills and Experience:

• HTML CSS ASP.NET MVC WCF.

• Substantial experience as a Web developer.

• Experience and proven ability to work remotely.

• Relevant third level qualification.
