new27mail
What are some popular web-based auction websites that Thais use to buy and sell things, whether new or old? I'm looking for the Thai equivalent of Ebay. Do Thais have a habit of purchasing goods online? If not yet, is it becoming more commonplace? People who shop online, are they only mostly Bangkokian, or do upcountry people also log on to buy? What alternatives to paypal and credit card charges do Thais have at their disposal for payment transfer when shopping online? Online shoppers are probably younger as opposed to older, but are they more middle class or the wealthy?
