Never seen it in Thailand though, perhaps it's not available here.

Yes probably less groggy with it than with hydralyzine. Neither is recommended for regular long term use.
May 26, 20242 yr Some people are more sensitive to the sedation (if that is the desired effect) provided by Chlorphenamine, which is available everywhere and is so inexpensive it might as well be free.
