These is the development plan for Chiang Mai 2009-2013. Is there any place where i can get this in English? Google translator is not good enough Chiang Mai chamber or commerce didnt have anyone speaking english and eventually they hang up the phone for me. slapout Posted July 10, 2009 Share Posted July 10, 2009 If its 140 pages that would equate to about 2 to 3 hours of 3+- Thai chatter, if (big if) you could find some persons who could get everything said on paper.
