From the SEAlang site I combined vocabulary lists related to politics and government into a single list and did the same for crime and sorted them by webrank. I am hoping this will aid me in catching more words on the news. For fun I also extracted verbs from the site (800+) for another list. It wasn’t fun, it was tedious getting them on a spreadsheet. I am attaching them if anyone else is interested. Transliteration is not included, there are a few duplicates though I did weed most of them out, and it is not guaranteed to be free of errors or quirks.

“The WebRank measure is an experimental metric we are using to estimate word difficulty.  It is derived from the frequency the term is found on the Web, and is expressed as a number on a scale of 0 (most common) to 15 or so (least common).”
