Where To Find Reflexology/foot Massage Specialists For Employment

We are setting up a reflexology /foot massage spa in Dubai, UAE and looking at employing professional ladies from Thailand who have expereince in this. We are looking for a contact of someone who runs such a parlour in thailand and can either get us some cadidates for the job and supply trained staff or get us introduced to someone who can help identify trained staff. We are also looking for branch manager to manage the outlet so someone who has more than 5 years of managing an a reflexology outlet would be good. It is a clean venture based in a shopping mall in Dubai. Any advice on how to find trained staff would be welcome.
