However, I hope everyone will consider what a difficult job they have; having to read through dozens and dozens of posts every day, enduring idiotic flame wars, tons of boring junk (some of it my own), and stuff that just doesn't belong here. If you want to see what an unmoderated forum looks like, just point your newsreader at soc.culture.thai, or your browser here: soc.culture.thai Although I don't always agree with some of the mods' judgment, I'm glad they're there to keep this place both civil and on point. But as a long time reader of soc.culture.thai, a group that started out as being very useful but deteriorated into a useless flame pit, I appreciate the civility of a moderated forum.
