Anybody having any luck finding bottles of spices in Issan (Ubon). I am looking for coriander(whole or ground) caraway seeds, and Fennel seeds. I am going to make my own Italian Sausage mild and spicy.

You would think that there would be a store in town that specializes in spices from all over. Thai food is spicy but they use just basic ingrediants and chili peppers dried or fresh.

You could try Makro if there is one nearby, the one I shop at in Bangkok has just about every kind of spice I have ever heard of.
