Hello, if you would like to go there for a few days by flight as the tourist, please go Myanmar Embassy at Sathorn road. The visa processing time will take around 2 working days. Or you can ask the visa service. The place I recommand is Sunfar tour at Silom, on the lane which has Hindu temple. One more thing, Mandalay is such a beautiful place.
