Scandinavian Airlines Offers Free Travel for Children

BANGKOK: -- SAS Thailand is offering free travel for children. To be eligible, the adults must sign up at the SAS booth at the Home, Health and Family show at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center 10am-9pm, Thursday 30 July-Sunday 2 August.

When one adult buys a ticket, one child (age 2-11) travels free. The offer is available for SAS flights between Bangkok and Scandinavia in September. Each child's ticket is subject to tax and surcharges which vary depending on destination. As a guideline, a child flying Bangkok-Copenhagen-Bangkok with an adult would be charged 12,500 baht. Both adult and child have to travel together and tickets have to be booked at the same time.

Visitors to the SAS booth at the show are eligible for an additional 5% discount on all existing SAS Thailand offers for travel 1-30 September 2009.

Great offer, but since it is SAS (Scandinavian Airlines) I should reconsider the offer. Been disappointed so many times with SAS. But if you can stand some ours with really bad inflight service, go for it. At least, it's a real moneysaver.
