Help Please! From anyone using TOT?

While adding NAT rule on server I inadvertently deleted a rule, now I have no access to internet on this line, can someone tell me what I need to put in to get access again, need the info to fill in below:-

Is this a modem router? if so normally a little hole in the back for reset, Turn it off hold in reset button turn on whie holding for 30 seconds, restart and you are back to factory settings.

No problem if you look you should be able to save different setups in the modem.

I have a TOT modem and under Maintenance Backup/Restore you can save your configuration so it's an easy job to restore your setup, including ports forwarded, should it be necessary.
