Hi, I am trying to book a flight for my girlfriend but when I write her name in thai I get a popup message saying something about ascii characters. :) Please help

It has to be in English. I have booked flights for Thai people and they take the name from the ID card and translate to English. My Thai friends and also the clerk at the airport was able to do this. I am sorry I can not help more. If you go to an airline counter in a shopping center or airport they can do this for you.
