Does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to convert an Isuzu D-Max into a Bhat bus stlye people carrier ??

2 -3 thousand for a secondhand cage, probably up to 1,000 for the seats and a bit of a step at the back.

Licencing ?

If you are looking to provide one for a family member to drive, look at the local office that runs these things - there is probably a daily hire option on existing BBs. Better they try before you buy.
