A mindful mission

Thai monks recently took a regional dhamma tour to help end human suffering

Recently, a group of Thai Buddhist monks and their followers undertook a 42-day mission, from May 15 to June 25, to spread Buddhist teachings in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The task was challenging, not just because of language barriers and different cultures, but because the mission took them to Malaysia, a predominantly Muslim society. The monks are followers of the late meditation master Luang Por Chah Subhaddo.
