Thai Movies With English Subtitles

Featured Replies

I am looking to find Thai movies; either VCD or DVD that have English subtitles. Particularly want to get "The Shutter", but also others. Any good places to look for such things, ideally within BTS range?

A good way is to look at any MangPhong branch. Be aware though, that although most Thai movies on DVD had English subtitles, nowadays most DVDs don't have the subtitles anymore. VCD are normally without subtitles.

To my knowledge also 'Shutter' is not available with subtitles.

There is a MangPhong near Prakanong BTS.

I agree - was trying to buy Ong Bak for a friend - and still can't find with Engl subs.

perhaps such DVDs ain't made n Thailand - but elsewhere .... although many Thai movies while played in the cinemas does have Engl subs ... strange ....

If you don't mind watching the movie on your pc many subtitles are available for Thai movies from here:Asian Movie Subtitles

They have subs for Shutter aswell as Ong Bak and many more. You'll need to join, but that only takes a couple of minutes. For play back I recommend BS Player
