Need Accommodation Near Siracha/pattaya

I'm looking for a serviced apartment, or a small condo or a hotel room of reasonable size within 15 minutes of Bo Win and the industrial area around there - preferably not too far from, but not in, Pattaya. Wired or wireless internet in the room is a must. I would rent periodically for up to a month at a time - though sometimes for a shorter period.

I'd be grateful for specific suggestions (look up-able on the web) or pointers, and also for comments on what budget would get me a reasonable such place.
