try bellemarine chateau / hotel, rooms are big. negtiate for long term stay and no daily room service or even no service except for basic furnitures. security is 24 hours and good. sign contract for three to six months. clean and safe and can be quiet iftake rooms away from road- i.e. soi 17. very convenient location. i think it is wifi friendlycomes ith cable tv. .

I usually stay at a place on Soi 7 off Thepprasit Rd. in Jomtien. Big clean rooms, quiet, 4,500 a month plus electricity.

These rooms are 1year old, clean , they have air con fridge TV shower hot and cold. There is a security camera and the door and has a swipe card to get in ,You can also put your own lock on the door as well as the key for the room. 24 hour security , Not far from soy 7-8. In a quite area but not two mins from the action, Hope this helps you , I forgot about 6000baht a month, thats calander months 30-31 days + elect and water.
