August 18, 200917 yr Hi all, I love to play Spider Solitaire, but recently I had to have new Windows installed, and now when I try to play Spider Solitaire I get the following: C:/WINDOWS/system32/spider.exe Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory was completed. Does anybody know what I can do? Thanks. Mc
August 18, 200917 yr Suggested a download but did not read fine print - trial. The internet version seems to be free to play however. Edited August 18, 200917 yr by lopburi3
August 18, 200917 yr It actually comes with Vista (dunno about other Windows). Maybe disabling it in Control Panel, rebooting then re-enabling it would fix the likely iffy file "I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"
August 18, 200917 yr Also comes with Windows 7. I suspect the copy he is clicking may be a leftover and not in current registry.
August 19, 200917 yr Author Hi guys Thanks for your replies. I'm not getting anywhere with it, so I guess I'll have to take it back to the shop. Cheers Mc
