I keep hearing Pattaya is SLOOOOOW right now. Well, how slow is it?

I was in the Hopf last evening - admittedly not a typical venue and it was 'happy hour' - and it was very busy indeed. Not a cheap place, especially as it's ++, but they must be doing something right.

^ Yup. All these thousands of punters flood in just to celebrate my birthday. Same same every year. Quite flattering really.

Actually it's been picking up since the beginning of August. Maybe just a mini-season, who knows...

It seems to me to be considerably busier this last month or so, definately busier than it was May/June thats for sure!

I've just come back and thought WS Gogos were pretty busy - well most with a good line up. Plenty of beer bars quite though.

Guess it depends on what sort of business you are talking about. Must be hundreds of massage girls all

over the place looking for customers. Just too many of this sort of business it appears.

Some hotels appear pretty busy - others just begging for business.

I thought it a good trip - able to cross 2nd road without being run over etc etc.

Still heaps of attractive young women eager to be barfined.

Different nationalities have different high seasons. For example Indian high season is what most westerners think of as low season.
