I am having problems trying to explain to my wife that my son needs to eat bran but dont knowhow to write this word in Thai script. I was hoping if anyone could please write it for me so that I can explain better. Thanks
loganberry
Well if you wanted to refer to "bran" exactly is it called รำข้าว. But I am also going to assume that your son needs bran for fiber so you refer to fiber using ไฟเบอร์. As for explaining it to your wife.. it could be something like this... ลูกต้องกินอาหารซึ่งมีรำข้าวด้วย (He needs to eat food that has bran in it also). Hope it helps. AchiCat
Isn't fibre ใยอาหาร? Just dropping to this post, and I'm not sure if you've been replied. May I give some helps? the word "fibre" itself should be directly referring to some Thai words like "เส้นใย", "เส้นด้าย" - in English e.g. filament, thread. Get back to your inquired word "(เส้น)ใยอาหาร" - the specific word should be "dietary fibre". Hope it works!
