Both are very nicely presented but cheap enough to gut and refurnish if preferred. Studio: 830,000THB 17th floor looking north-west. Aircon and built-in furniture. This studio has a very high-class occupant at present (me!), but is immediately available. 1-bed: 1,550,000THB (this corner unit has a tenant paying 12,000THB per month.
