Competition - Anyone Used?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was planning to come to Thailand from the UK for a few weeks before Xmas, and have been looking into various companies to travel with. The two main ones I'm considering are Responsible Travel and i-to-i. I'm particularly interested in the latter because there seems a bit more to the trip and because they're doing a competition where I could win a four-week trip there - a free trip is kind of a bonus!

Has anyone used either of these companies and can offer some advice? Or are there any other companies that I may not have considered?

hi mate,

you do realise 1 to 1 is a volunteer portal don't you?

Never used the other one!

Whenever I go to Thailand, I generally arrange flights and hotels independently.

most times it works out cheaper.

Flights, I use Expedia, Netflights or Ebookers.

Hotels, usually RES24.com or Booking.com

good luck,

frank

Thanks for the reply.

Actually, the little bit of volunteering is one of the reasons I'm thinking of these companies.

It looks like I'd have to arrange the flights myself with them anyway, so I'll check out those websites.

I'm kind of torn about this thing now because they've got 15% off if I book by the end of the month, but then there'd not be much point in entering the competition!

Thanks for your help mate.
