Best Cheapest Place To Stay

Featured Replies

hey whats the best area that is cheap and fun for a young guy.

any place in thailand, city or whatever.

ill be there in march

thankyou

Easy.

Indulge me as I set the scene: Towering majestically above Chao Praya River, the Millennium Hilton Bangkok hotel boasts sweeping city views. The free shuttle boat runs from the private pier to Saphan Taksin and River City every 20 minutes. Enjoy the infinity pool and beach deck, gym, sauna and Jacuzzi.

Enjoy Cantonese food in Yuan, international food on the terrace at Flow, or sip a cocktail and relax in the ThreeSixty Lounge at the Millennium...

Oh hang on. That is the Millennium Hilton Bangkok hotel. I meant the Bangkok Hilton. Also, sometimes called Bangkwang prison. They don't charge a penny. And if you behave, you can purchase toilet paper in the local shop. And there are rumours that there is sometimes floor space to sleep. To get a reservation, just wear talcum powder in a thin plastic lining around your waist and point it out to custom officers on arrival.

Still, if you don't fancy it the Millennium is 8,300 bahts a night. But only if you book over the internet.

Have a good trip. :)

Google is your friend.

Too broad a scope to be able to answer.

I have seen places in Pattaya for 250 Baht a night off 2nd row soi 11 or was it 12?

But the women are not cheap.

On the other hand, in Nakhonsawan the hotels are 450+ Baht a night and the women are cheap :)

Maybe you need to give more detail as to what you are looking for? :D

How much would it be when you consider it not cheap anymore?

And what kind of fun are you looking for?

Renting a very simple room in an old Thai only apartment block costs between 1500 and 3500 THB per month in any city here, basic bungalows ~5000 per month even at the beach resorts.

As others have stated, please be more specific.

Unless you can give us more infor about yourself and what is the amount that you considered as “cheap”…… :D

As a single guy, I would say…..try a local temple?

FUN FUN - meditation session w/ - free foods, & lodging :)

assuming U r not here for ..drinking and whooring? :D

He was in his homeland for the same reasons.... :):D:D

Rooms in Pattaya 350-500 has been the cheapeast I've seen. Maybe 3 roads back from the beach.

Eating from the food carts for as little as 25-50 baht per meal.

Drinking beer in a bar 70-80 baht per beer. If you look around for happy hours in the day time you

can get mashed up on 500-600 baht.

What else do you need to know?

...assumed he means getting drunk and prostitutes = having fun.

But maybe he means fun = Khao San folks, pancakes and fullmoon party KPG...or

Trekking, Kite Surfing, Wake Boarding...or

Drinking, shopping, farang girls and no b/gs..or

Motorcycling through Thailand...or

Fasting and meditation...or

learning Thai cooking, the language, fruit carving...or

...

...

who knows?
