hello all i would like to know for tourist visa can i get 2 double entries from the thai embassy in vientiane i know its free of charge until march 4 if its not possible to get 2 if i paid 1000 baht for 0ne its possible to do that thanks all

Two entry is free in Vientiane.

You cannot have 2 valid visas in your passport at the same time plus the 2nd visa would expire before you could use it,

Not all nationalities are issued double entry visas.
