Translating The Thai Gang Names Operating At Suvannaphumi

Featured Replies

I was reading this other TV thread about the persistent gangs hustling tourists at the airport n got to wondering what their names might mean, though perhaps the names themselves won't always make much sense.

The thread is here Airport Scam Crackdown

The article mentions the names of a few of the gangs "The source added that there are more than 20 powerful groups operating in the airport which come under the command of major gangs - Kamnan Samruay, Boonruang Srisang, Sak Pakphanang and Pirap."

I can figure out parts. But I know there are much better speakers out there with better spelling abilities as well.

Want to offer up any other names of gangs running around the country and their name translations ?
